Frame Lookup Table Memory Access

The 512kB FLTM is divided into eight 64kB "pages".  The FLTM is
accessed one byte per RLP longword, and one page at a time is mapped
onto 64kLW (256kB) of RLP address space beginning at $180000.  The
specific page is selected with the SP Memory Page Setup Register
(SP $1A, RLP $140068).
